I have worked on numerous projects, especially in product and strategy development. Some of the projects are highlighted below

Dubai Visa Service

Developed an end-to-end digital service that enabled customers to request Dubai Visas via the Bank's mobile banking application and received the visas/decisions in their mails within 24 to 48 hours.

Borrow Power Service

Developed a lending service that enabled customers to access recharge tokens for their prepaid electricity meters via the Bank's USSD, mobile, and internet banking service.

ZedStores E-commerce Platform

Developed a payment platform that enabled small business holders with social media presence to covert their followers into customers. The platform was equipped with a webstore, an inventory manager, payment engine and delivery service.

MyBankStatement

Partnered with a FinTech to enable the Bank's customers to send their bank statements digitally to banks, embassies, and other financial institutions.

Ubanquity Open Banking Platform

Developed the business case and championed the adoption of the Ubanquity open banking platform by the Bank. This was to enable the Bank to deliver value-driven solutions to its customers and to reduce overall I.T capital expenditure.

Investment Retention Diagnostics

Supported a foreign development institution to assess the investment retention landscape in a key economy in sub-Saharan Africa and advised on the support structure.
